SHIPPING

All domestic US packages are shipped via USPS either First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express. International packages are shipped via DHL either standard or express. Ivy League Mafia is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. 

RETURNS

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns as all sales are final. Please note, Ivy League Mafia reserves the right to refuse all returns. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact customer service at ilmafia.co@gmail.com within 2 days after the delivery date with a clear picture of the item, damage, order number, delivery confirmation and description of the damage. 

Once we receive your email and conclude if there is in fact damage, you can exchange the damaged item with a replacement item using our exchanges portal within 3 days of receiving approval of exchange. Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs deemed applicable. If we receive your exchange and it shows signs of wear (stains, makeup, deodorant), wash, or removed tags, we reserve the right to reject your exchange.
